We are local breeders of quality bison. We provide a top quality product in our live amimals for breeding stock or in our locally processed, federally inspected & packaged meat. Our animals are raised with out the use of any growth inhancers or antibiotics.
Bison meat is a heart healthy, delicious, red meat, lower in fat & cholesterol than even fish or skinless chicken.
It is high in iron & protien. Bison has no "gamey taste". It actually tastes like beef with flavor.
Our product is available year round, whether at the ranch west of Hereford or in Amarillo at PrettyWoman Boutique.
