AMARILLO -- KAMR NBC 4 and Amarillo legend meteorologist Roy McCoy has returned to the airwaves. Roy did his first guest appearances on KAMR NBC 4 Friday. He'll do guest meteorology for a few weeks. He was in Amarillo television for about 40 years, most of that time at KAMR NBC 4 as chief meteorologist. His last appearance on the news was about a decade ago.
