HEREFORD -- Panda Ethanol has filed for bankruptcy for the plant in Hereford.
55 people work there right now and there will be cutbacks.
Panda says they're going to sell the Hereford refinery and they're in negotiations with a buyer right now.
The overall company won't file for bankruptcy, just the Hereford subsidiary.
Panda says it's because one of the banks pulled out of their loan. -
