Amarillo-- Carver Early Childhood Academy Teacher Picks up Weekly Award.

Kendra Parker is a 1st grade teacher at the Carver Early Childhood Academy.  Nikki Cobb calls her "the nicest teacher ever."
Take a look at the Nikki's nomination Letter:

I want Mrs. Parker to be teacher of the week because she smells sweet. She is the nicest teacher ever. She helps me read. If we're stuck, she helps us figure it out. Even though we act bad and we have to move our clips, she still loves us even if we act bad. Every time its Friday she lets us do Fun Friday centers. She has taught me about Sam Houston, Abraham Lincoln, the war, how to count by 2's and 10's and 5's. She taught us how to do a timeline. She loves me and she thinks I'm smart. I will always love her. She is the best.Name: Nikki Cobb, 1st grade student at Carver Early Childhood Academy

We're always looking for nominations.    All we need to know is the teacher's name, where they teach and  what makes them so special.
You can do that here on the website.
We honor our teacher of the week every Monday.
