Amarillo-- Mesa Verde Teacher Picks up Weekly Award.

    Congratulations are in order for Janice Pylant, a 3rd grade teacher at Mesa Verde Elementary school.  She's the latest teacher to pick up our Teacher of the Week award.  Janice was surprised to see us show up in her classroom today, but she says it's always nice to get recognized by one of her students.

I want to nominate my teacher for teacher of the week.  Her name is Janice Pylant and she teaches 3rd grade at Mesa Verde Elementary.  We love her.  She makes us laugh and have fun and we don't even realize we are learning.  She cares about us and will help us when we don't understand something.  She helps us and makes us feel good about ourselves.  We can talk to her about anything and she will listen.  She always has a smile on her face.  Please choose Mrs. Pylant for Teacher of the Week because she is the best teacher ever.  I wish she could be my teacher forever!
