AMARILLO---Summer's in full swing over at Wonderland Park with a new set of rides.
The park cut the ribbon on their new "West End" today. Included in the new addition is a 200 ft. free fall appropriately called "The Drop of Fear", and a new roller coaster the park bought from Astro world in Houston.
Wonderland says they've been working hard since last summer to get the new rides up and running and make sure they passed safety standards.
Our own Chief Meteorologist John Harris was out there to help open the park, and got to check out some of the new rides himself.
