CACTUS---The Cactus City Manager was arrested in Moore County last week for criminal trespassing.
This after an alleged altercation with a woman.
Steve Schmidt-Witcher is still the Cactus City Manager.
The City Attorney says Schmidt- Witcher isn't facing any charges right now.
Police say a warrant was sent out for him but he turned himself in.
The City Attorney for Cactus Thomas Moore says Schmidt-Witcher's personal life has not impacted is performance as City Manager and the City Council is presuming him innocent.
We did put a call to the City Manager's office, but didn't get a call back.
Schmidt-Witcher was never dismissed at City Manager during the incident.
