Prep Time:12 Total Time: 15 Number of Serving: 2 Spice up the salmon with Cajun seasoning and grill in a foil pouch. Ingredients 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning Garlic Herb Shrimp (#567), frozen 2 - 12" x 12" sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil 2 fillets - Alaskan Salmon (#599), frozen 1 Tbsp. of olive oil Steps 1. Preheat grill medium to medium high 2. In a small bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning and olive oil; set aside 3. Place one fillet on each foil sheet 4. Spread Cajun seasoning paste on both sides of each fillet. Top with frozen shrimp (optional) 5. Bring both sides of the foil up and double fold the top and sides to make a pouch. 6.
