Cooling Cap - Does It Work?

AMARILLO - Its a cap that claims to help you beat the heat.
Tonight we're testing out the Cooling Cap at one of the hottest places in town, the disc golf course. The cap looks like a bandana and ties in the back so it stays on.
To get a quick cool off it says to soak the cap in ice-cold water and put it on your head.
Our tester gave it three stars, and said it keeps you pretty cool.
We got the Cooling Cap for about eight dollars at Bed Bath and Beyond.
