Middle School Student on Road to Success

AMARILLO -- One special girl at Travis Middle School has teachers bragging about her, and we're proud to profile those kinds of kids.
Teachers say Tashia Wilson at is hitting all the right notes. They say she's a true leader.
She does well in her classes. She's also a member of Student Council and has gone to Leadership in Action the past two summers.
The National Junior Honor Society member has big plans for the future.
"When I get older, I want to be a surgeon and go to Harvard University," she said. "I like to help out people and I like science."
She's also in Varsity Choir.
