Happy State Bank has three new members on their Board of Directors. Rocky Farrar, Bailey Peyton and Dale Swinburn were named to the board by the bank's CEO, J. Pat Hickman. Each of the men have strong ties to the High Plains. Farrar is from Canadian and was a director of the First National Bank of Canadian. He is also a rancher and one of the founders of the long distance reselling company, NTS Communications. Peyton, who is also from Canadian, is the president of Peyton Holding Corporation and Perryton Feeders, LLC. Swinburn was born in Memphis and now lives in Tulia. The farmer if a director and partner in Windstar, Inc., a cotton ginning and investment company.
