Police in Richmond, California say more arrests are coming following the gang rape of a student outside of the Richmond High School homecoming dance.

One man has been arrested and charged with rape in the wake of the attack on the 15-year-old girl.

Investigators say that more than a dozen people either took part in or witnessed the attack.

Several recorded the incident with their cell phones.

Police are hoping to use that footage to identify more attackers.
