  • Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual Assault

    AMARILLO - 25-year-old Timothy Carl Eaton from Amarillo has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.
    Police say the child told people she was being sexually abused.
    Eaton is charged with one count of indecency with a child and multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
