Some Region 16 principals are being honored. The Texas Association of Secondary School released their list of the Outstanding Principals and Assistant Principals. This years recipients include, Principal Richard Kelley from River Road Middle School, Principal Shelley Collins from Highland Park High School, Assistant Principal Dean Birkes from Westover Park Junior High, and Assistant Principal Jack Turner with Bushland High School.
