AMARILLO --- Police say Ray Carols Cisneros is behind bars for the murder of 28-year-old Thomas George Reeve of the United Kingdom. Reeve died after he was shot in the torso Thursday night in the Spotted Pony Bar. Police say Cisneros was in the bar earlier in the night, left and came back armed with a bandana over his face around 10:45 p.m. Police say Cisneros assaulted several people and robbed them, sexually assaulted a woman, shot one man in the hand, and then shot Reeve in the torso. Friday morning police found a car at the American Motor Inn they thought might be connected. Cisneros was arrested Friday evening at I-40 and Whitaker. Now business owners in the area say they will keep their guard up. Cisneros was booked into the Potter County Jail on a capital murder charge. Right now his bond is set at $1 million. The other victim was Gordon Gollihugh was shot in the hand and treated at the hospital. There has been an autopsy ordered for Reeve in Lubbock. Police say Reeve lived in the United Kingdom. He was traveling across the U.S. with two other friends.
