How to enter
Fill out the form. Enter how many inches of snow you think will fall between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31. One entry per person. The winner will be determined by correctly guessing the amount of snow between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31. If multiple entries are correct they will be placed in a random drawing to determine a final winner.
