  • Magan Marie McCormick and Brendan Lawrence Hupf 
     Magan and Brendan were married May 16th at the Amarillo Botanical Gardens.  Magan is the daughter of Steve and Jo Dawn McCormick of Timbercreek Canyon and the sister of Matthew McCormick of Amarillo.  Brendan's parents are John & Mary Hupf of Seattle, Washington.

    The celebration started out with a French themed cocktail hour on the patio, followed by an Irish Garden Wedding with peacock feathers, pink peonies and roses. Dr. Kurt Ohiem officiated.  Love songs were preformed by Chuck Alexander. The reception was also at the gardens which included dining, dancing and 10 different wedding cakes.  The evening ended with sparklers and wedding cake cookies. 

    Mrs. Hupf was a graduate of Lubbock Christian University and Randall High School.  Brendan is a graduate of University of Portland and served as a Captain in the US Army.

    The Dallas couple honeymooned in Kauai, Hawaii and will move to Kirkland (Seattle) Washington in September.
