Three Pasta Sauces by Rory: Part 1

Easy Alfredo
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan
salt and pepper to season
In a saute pan, warm up heavy cream to a light simmer. Add parmesan cheese continue to stir till all cheese is melted. If you want sauce thicker, add more cheese; if you want it thinner, add more cream. Season to taste and serve over pasta or as a pizza sauce.
