Teacher of the Week: Ms. Hepler
By: Meaghan Collier

This week's Teacher of the Week is getting rid of those pesky comma splices one high school sophomore at a time. Tricia Hepler has been teaching English at Amarillo High school for nearly a decade. She even taught our editor, Jake, several years ago.
He says that she's got a real knack for integrating real-life application into her English class. He adds, "She's not just a teacher, she's an everyday hero."
If you have a teacher that's making the grade, we want to know about it. Send us his or her information to comments@kamr.com or on our Studio 4 Facebook page.
Just tell us his or her name, where they teach, what grade and why you think they're great. We showcase a teacher every Thursday afternoon right here on Studio 4.
