BL Bistro Mixes it Up: Margarita, Martini and Ice

BL Bistro Mixologist Bobby Costello has the recipe for a fun time with eclectic beverages:
Bistro Margarita:
4 parts tequila of choice
2 parts triple sec
fresh lime
splash dark beer
agave nectar
2 parts pineapple juice
2 parts sweet & sour
Pomegranite Martini:
4 parts pomegranite vodka
2 parts x-rated liqueur
2 parts pama liqueur
2 parts pomegranite juice
Bistro Brandy Ice:
1 scoop ice cream
4 parts brandy
3 parts Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1 part Godiva Caramel liqueur
About BL Bistro:
BL Bistro is locally owned and operated by Brian and Lizzie Mason. BL Bistro opened in 2000 on Wolflin Avenue in Amarillo. In the beginning, BL Bistro's menu was loaded with Greek cuisine and had small space with 9 tables and 12 bar seats. Through the years, BL has evolved its menu and its look and, now, is at a new location on South Austin.
