Davis And Irizarry Named Players Of Week

AMARILLO -- The Amarillo Venom's Nate Davis and David Irizarry were named the offensive and defensive players of the week in the LSFL.
Davis threw for 411 yards and eight touchdowns in the 65-32 win over Abilene on Saturday night. Irizarry led the defense with three interceptions and six tackles. The Venom recorded its fourth straight win and will look to make it five straight on Saturday night when the team hosts West Texas in the final regular season game of the season.
