BL Bistro's Tequila Ginger Lime Marinated Mahi Grilled Corn Husk with Tomatillo Avocado Salsa

Marinate Mahi in juice of 2 limes, 1/2 ounce Tequila and chopped ginger for 30 minutes.

Salsa
4 Tomatillo
1 Avocado
1 Jalapeno
Garlic
Salt  & Pepper

Combine following ingredients and puree until smooth. Grill Mahi 3-4 minutes, mark husk.
Plate husk fill with spring mix, Mahi and top with Salsa.
