Preliminary Autopsy Results Released for WT Cheerleader

CANYON -- Preliminary autopsy results are back on the WT cheerleader who was hit by a train early yesterday morning.
They show 21-year old Shelbi McClure died from blunt force trauma.
She had both head and internal injuries.
Officials say they're still waiting on toxicology results.
