UPDATE November 20 -- Elider Garcia entered a plea of not guilty in Federal Court.
AMARILLO -- On October 17, Troopers found 7 pounds of meth during a traffic stop on I-40.
According to court documents, Elider Garcia was taking the drugs from Los Angeles to Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Garcia is from Mexico.
