Child Injured After Falling Out of Moving Vehicle

AMARILLO -- A 3-year-old boy is injured after falling out of a car last night.
The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. on the 6000 block of Pavillard.
Police say four kids were riding in a mini-van when one of them opened the side door.
The boy fell and was hit by one of the van's rear tires.
Officers say the children's grandmother was driving at the time.
So far no charges have been filed.
