Houston Area Doctor's Amarillo Account Siezed

AMARILLO -- A Houston area doctor who is being investigated for running what federal investigators are calling, "pill mills" has had an Amarillo bank account seized.
Deputies from the Potter County Sheriff's Department working with the DEA seized more than $92,000 from Dr. John Tafel's account here.
Agents are investigating four pain management clinics in houston connected with tafel.
Court documents say that Tafel is being accused of prescribing pain pills to patients who did not need them.
