PPHM: Christmas Open House 2012

AMARILLO --- Experience the holidays as a pioneer at the
Panhandle-Plains Historical Museums 36th annual Christmas Open House on
Friday, December 7, from 6:00-9:00 pm and Saturday, December 8, from
2:00-6:00 pm.
Christmas Open House Christmas Open House With the new Pioneer Town open, visitors can step in and step back to Christmas time in the Panhandle between 1890 and 1910. The town will be bustling with role players in period costume who will have hands-on activities for adults and children alike.
Suggested admission is one can of food per person to benefit the High Plains Food Bank.
Last year PPHMs Christmas Open House was the areas largest food drive; visitors donated 2,241 pounds of food.
