Attempted Robbery at Executive Inn

AMARILLO -- Around 8:35 p.m. Sunday, Amarillo Police were called out to the Executive Inn at 2100 S. Coulter on an attempted robbery.
An out-of-state guest of the motel, said that two men tried to rob him as he walked on the stairs on the southwest corner of the motel.
He said the two suspects approached him. One of the suspect pointed a handgun at the victim and told him to give him the money.

The victim refused, turned, and ran toward the office. He did not see which way the two suspects went when he ran.
The victim was not injured and no money was taken in this incident.
