AMARILLO -- Local elementary kids came together to help feed some panhandle families. And because they did such a great job, their school principal has completed a promise!
The students at Crestview Elementary School hosted a two-day food drive last week.
Their original goal was to collect 500 cans of food, they surpassed their goal and raised 1400!
Because of that, their principal was wrapped in Christmas paper and had to kiss a monkey!
