One Person Dead in Overnight Wreck on I-40

AMARILLO -- One person is dead after a rollover wreck on I-40.
Steve Lovelady was driving in a 2001 truck on the inside lane of I-40 when DPS says that truck veered into another vehicle with a trailer in the outside land.
Lovelady lost control of the vehicle and entered into a side skid through the center median and across the eastbound lane on I-40, flipping several time.
The other vehicle and trailer came to a rest on the westbound shoulder of I-40. Lovelady's vehicle came to a rest faceing east in eastbound ditch.
Lovelady was pronounced dead at the scene. Lovelady was wearing his seat belt.
