Amarillo Foreclosure Rates Down Across the Board

AMARILLO -- Coldwell Banker has released this month's foreclosure rates and Amarillo is down by 11 across the board.
Amarillo is down 11 from our five-year average.
Amarillo had 11 fewer than the month of January 2012. And had 1 less than a year ago this same month.
They say these rates are probably a bit skewed, because they were gathered on New Year's Day.
