Meander and White Sign Division 1

AMARILLO -- Palo Duro teammates Montrel Meander and Charleston White signed division one scholarships Wednesday.
Meander and White had committed to Washington State, but Meander got a late offer from the University of Texas and decided to change his mind.
White plans to attend Washington State.
