AMARILLO -- Young people looking to better their baby sitting skills, had a refresher course Saturday courtesy of the American Red Cross.

The class 'Babysitter's Training', was taught to kids age 11 to 15 how to properly watch infants. From feeding, to how to change a diaper, the course was a lesson on protection responsibility.

"We hope that the children are better at responding," said Red Cross Executive Director Steve Pair. "So to kinda give the parents a peace of mind to go out and take that date night and to have a good Red Cross baby sitter watching their kids.

The class is also designed to teach kids, the business aspect of baby sitting.
