Amarillo Gas Prices Rise, National Gas Prices Drop

AMARILLO -- Average retail gasoline prices in Amarillo rose 0.8 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.52/g.
This compares with the national average that has fallen 2.8 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.70/g.
Including the change in gas prices in Amarillo during the past week, prices yesterday were 11.5 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 22.4 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
The national average has increased 21.6 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 0.7 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.
