Clovis Beat Hobbs In District Final

The No. 1 Clovis Wildcats beat No. 2 Hobbs Eagles Saturday night in the New Mexico Class 5A District Final, 74-73. Senior Bryce Hill led the way with 21 points while Jaden Isler poured in 19 and Jay Crockett added 17.
On the girls side, the Clovis Lady Cats dropped a one-point game against the Hobbs Lady Eagles, 39-38.
