3 Bartlett Pears
3 red delicious apples
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Chefs notes: You can use any  apples or pears you like this is just my suggestion.

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. This recipe makes a 9 x 13 inch pan
Skin Apples and pears and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Place in pan add Cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Mix apple and pears until well coated. drizzle Cider over  top. top with Streusel (do not pat down) Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden serve with vanilla ice cream.

Omi's Streusel recipe
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cups oats
1/2 pound unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup of sugar

In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix together until all ingredients are well incorporated. Consistency should be a chunky crumble
