Lady Buffs` Season Ends

3-11-06 Amarillo - The 15th ranked and second-seeded West Texas A&M University Lady Buffs` season came to an end Saturday evening in the NCAA-II South Central Regional Tournament Semifinal, falling to No. 8 and third-seeded Emporia State University, 88-82, at Topeka, Kan., hosted by Washburn University at Lee Arena.
WTAMU ends with a 28-4 record, the most wins since 1996-97, having its season-long 13-game winning streak snapped.
