BL Bistro's Blackened Salmon Tortellini
6-8oz Salmon Filet
Blackened Fish Seasoning
6 oz cheese stuffed tortellini
1 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup heavy cream
Season fish filet and blacken in skillet.
In a separate pan, add olive oil, garlic and 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning. Add tortellini to pan and toss with olive oil. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream turn down heat to low simmer. When liquid is reduced add fresh Parmesan and lemon wedge. Top with Salmon filet.
