Park Improvements Approved

AMARILLO -- The Amarillo City Commission is making one local playground more accessible to all children. Right now, Martin Road Park doesnt meet standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act or the Consumer Products Safety Commission. Today commissioners approved a $123,456.29 contract to buy and install safer equipment. The updated playground will include rubber floors, and new climbing structures.
