Identity Theft

Amarillo -- Police arrested a group of seven suspects in an identity theft bust at a local motel.
Suspects were caught with mail, drivers licenses and credit cards belonging to more than a dozen Amarillo residents.
At least one victim said she planned on pressing charges.
"It did not cost me much in terms of money," said Mary Jo Bauman, one of the victims. "But it cost me a lot of time and anxiety."
All seven suspects are currently in jail, and charges against them are pending.
