Lady Sandies And Rebels Prepare For Rivarly

AMARILLO -- Both the Amarillo High Lady Sandies and the Tascosa Lady Rebels lost on Tuesday.
Amarillo High fell in its district opener to Lubbock Monterey and Tascosa fell at home to Lubbock Coronado. The Lady Rebels are now 1-1 in district play while Amarillo High is 0-1.
On Wednesday head coach Jeff Williams (AHS) and head coach Jason Cooper (Tascosa) talked about the things they've seen from their respective teams in the early part of the season.
Tascosa will visit Amarillo High on Friday. Tip-off is set for six o'clock.
