Today, we were among lots of friends for our teacher of the week presentation at St. Andrew's.
Heather Russell addresses all of her three-year-old primer students as friends-- a unique approach to creating a community of fun and learning.
According to parents, she has set the foundation for her students to grow and love school. Her classroom is based in solid routines and structure that the children enjoy taking part in, and the learning that has come from those systems is evident.
