Distracted Driving Summit

AMARILLO --- The National Transportation Safety Board will hold a public forum that will look at the safety risks that compete with a driver's attention. Panels will consider the latest findings, examine the various laws, and discuss the differences in how states across the country have adopted different restrictions.
