Nuclear Plant Concerns

The head of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will tour a nuclear plant in California. Officials say the plant will remain closed while investigators look into why the steam generators' tubes are eroding. The plant has been closed for two months because a small amount of radioactive steam was released from a leaking generator tube.
