Pain At The Pump

With gas prices hitting $3.09 in Amarillo, some small business owners are really in a pinch. Theyre getting hit from all sides. The vendors are charging an extra fuel surcharge and it costs the small business even more to deliver the goods. At Scotts Flowers, they do have a 5 dollar delivery fee, but they try to absorb the higher cost of gas. Its been a few years since theyve had it rise. Amarillo has the highest gas prices in the state.
