Village Bakery's Mango & Strawberry Creme Frozen Pie

Ingredients:
2 C. graham cracker crumbs
3 T. melted butter
1 mango, peeled & chopped
1 pint vanilla ice cream; divided in half
1 cup strawberries; sliced
1/2 a pint mango sherbet 
1/3 C. strawberry jam
Whipped cream

Directions:

Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together and press into a pie dish. Next take 1/2 a pint of the vanilla ice cream, softened, and add the chopped mango mix and then spread into the prepared pie crust. Then spread a layer of mango sherbet on top. On top of the mango sherbet spread a thin layer of the strawberry jam. Next add the sliced strawberries to the remaining vanilla ice cream; stir then spread on top of the strawberry jam layer. Let set up in the freezer for at least an hour. Top with whipped cream right before serving.
