The Panhandle Celebrates Flag Day

AMARILLO -- Old Glory is being honored today.
People in the area joined the rest of the Nation to recognize Flag Day.
The holiday was established August 3, 1949.
That's when President Truman signed an Act of Congress.
It designated June 14th each year as National Flag Day.
