AMARILLO -- Foreclosures for Potter and Randall Counties are down.
Amarillo is averaging 39 less homes than the five year average.
But in comparison to 2011, this year is fairing a little worse.
2011 had 31-foreclosures less than this year.
Comparing Amarillo's month of June between 2011 and 2012, Amarillo foreclosures are up by 21.
