Texas App For Voting Information

AMARILLO -- Searching through your app store of choice can lead you to many different tools, but how about one that can help you get ready for the election?
The State of Texas is trying to help you out with the SmartTXVoter app. It's free, it's available right now on the iPhone App Store and the Google Play Store.
The state wants to make it simpler to find election resources.
So how about it's uses? Well just about anything a voter needs is on this.
To check on your voting registration status, you can click for that.
For the dates and reminders about election day, click on the "Remind Me To Vote" button.
For college students who are smart phone users, this brings voting even closer.
Do you have to share with your Facebook buddies or Twitter followers? Those buttons ready for you.
There is even a frequently asked questions section for just about any voting problem or inquiry you may have.
SmartTXVoter is part of the state's "Make Your Mark on Texas" voter education program.
