Case Dismissed in International Kidnapping Case

AMARILLO -- Badr Djelti International Kidnapping case against him has been dismissed.
Djelti was originally indicted on one count of international kidnapping on June 5.
Djelti was arrested on May 8 by the FBI after an investigation revealed that Djelti left his child in Algeria with his parents in December.
During the investigation, the FBI says they found evidence that Badr was set to fly back to Algeria, but not return to the US.
